Contractors Registration Form

Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran has been executing large number of contracts every year. At present, Pradhikaran is enviting tenders from contractors who are registered with Central/State Govt/B.M.C./M.S.E.B./M.I.D.C. etc as the Pradhikaran has no saperate rules of the contractors. Due to peculiar / specialised type of work being executed by the Pradhikaran, it was a long felt need to have its own rules. Accordingly, rules have been prepared and approved by the board in its 57th meeting held on 22nd April, 1992.

This third edition of the booklet for rules of registration takes into account the charges approved by M.J.P. in its 81st meeting held on 17th september 1998. The Member Secretary wll be the final authority for interpretation of these rules:
